With your permission, the Berlin Mathematical School (BMS) will collect, process and use the data that you input in this registration form for the following purpose:
  • identification to prevent misuse of the password-protected sites on www.math-berlin.de.
In addition, if you wish to apply for a study place or research position at the Berlin Mathematical School, we will collect, process and use the data that you input in the application form for the following purpose:
  • to process your application for a study place or research position at the Berlin Mathematical School.

Your application will be processed by the BMS One-Stop Office and all information will be forwarded to the BMS Admissions Committee for further evaluation. As a joint graduate school of the three universities Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Technische Universität Berlin, we will pass on the data of successful candidates to those institutions.

We will do all of the above in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of the Federal Republic of Germany.
